SSPD-155: Dr. Saeko's Indecent Mistake - Saeko Matsushita 1080p

Before the patient's discharge, the attending physician, Saeko, conducts a final check-up. She grants permission for discharge, and the two celebrate the patient's recovery. However, immediately afterward, the patient's condition suddenly deteriorates. Misdiagnosis!? Saeko blames herself for not noticing the change in the patient's condition. As she hangs her head in despair, the director, Abe, comforts her by saying, "It's not your fault," while ominously suggesting that they should cover up the situation with a smile.
